Kindergarten subsidy​
At the end of the calendar year, you are entitled to a kindergarten subsidy for the current year, proportionally to your start date. Maximum amount for subsidy is adjusted to be equal to the full-day program of the public kindergarten, according to each city.​

Performance bonus sheme for senior grades

Onsite onboarding (for remote employees)
Bond with your team right away. If you work remotely, we cover the onboarding costs which include transportation and accommodations at one of our offices for up to two weeks.

Flexibility in working hours & location
We don’t look at the clock. We look at results. Create your work schedule in the way that suits you best. When or where you do your work is up to you.
Visit the world! You can work up to 20 days in a different country multiple times a year (up to 6 months in total) – even in countries where Endava does not have an office, as long as they are safe territories. Great thing is, you only need approval from your Line Manager and off you go! However, suppose you are thinking about a more fabulous adventure and working abroad for more than 20 days? You still can! You just need approval from your Line Manager And Remote Working team. Start packing your bags.

Organized sporting events
Sure, we run the code. But we also run…for fun? Some of us 5km in 18 minutes and 43 seconds (b2run 2022, never forget!). Besides running, we also like playing football, foosball, and everything we can!

Themed celebrations
We like to celebrate people, days, and things. Turning Women’s Day into Women’s Week, dancing ourselves to sleep (or to the next working day) at Xmas party, drinking coffee made by professionals on Coffee Day. You name it — we celebrate it!

Bike and Car Parking
Commuting by car? By bike? No worries, we have a garage for your metal pet and bike storage, too, so you don’t have to worry about someone “borrowing” your metal half. We’ll also take in your bike during winter, so it’s safe and warm.
